What to do if I have lost access to my email?

The email address of the account cannot be changed. If you do not have funds in your account, you can close the account and open a new one. If you do have funds in your account, there are a couple of steps you can take:

  1. Get in touch with the support team via LiveChat or through email: Helpdesk@spectrocoin.com.
  2. If you have access to one of your other 2FA options, we can offer to change the 2FA option; or
  3. you can create a new account, and we will transfer the funds to your new account.

Please note: to create a new account, you will need to complete a verification procedure.
