What documents do I need for verification?

At SpectroCoin, companies and individual clients are required to submit different documents.

Companies have to submit the following documents:

1. Certified document confirming that the person is entitled to represent the Company.
2. Certified copy of the Certificate of Incorporation.
3. Certified copy of the Memorandum & Articles of Association (AoA).
4. Certified copy of the Register of the Company’s shareholder(s) (in case one of the shareholders is a legal entity/legal arrangement, ownership structure up to the ultimate beneficial owner shall be provided).
5. Complete the verification by providing a photo of your identification document (passport/ID card) and a selfie holding an identification document (passport/ID card) or certified copy of a valid identification document (passport/ID card) of each Beneficial Owner, Authorised Signatory and Director of the Company.
6. Certified list of Directors and Shareholders (not older than six months).

We only accept documents certified by a Notary Public (i.e., the document has to be certified as a true copy of the original) or properly legalized with an Apostille. Documents are accepted in Lithuanian or English. If documents are written in a different language, please provide an official English translation certified by the translation agency, notary, or attorney.

Individual clients have to submit the following documents:

• ID card or passport (EU citizens).
• International passport or ID card (non-EU citizens).

Please note: no personal details on your passport or identity card photos are covered, hidden or blurred. Additional documents may be required.
